The Mirror's Whisper is the voice behind the creation.
this is what The Observer has to say:

There you are.
suspended in the deep.
barefoot, hands gripping the ropes,
swinging gently in the waters
of your own being.
and oh,
how vast and terrifyingly infinite it is.

— the fish pass before your eyes —
one bites.
its name is anger.
it came so close
you forgot yourself.
you became anger.
your hands, your words,
your whole world were anger.
then it swam away.
another came, quieter,
with teeth you did not see
until they were inside you.
jealousy.
you measured yourself against
every soul that passed,
and poisoned your own water.
then came fear.
it does not bite, it paralyzes.
you built your whole life around it.
the safe job. the dead love.
the silenced voice.
you called it wisdom.
yet it was only ever fear.
then sadness, grief, pride, shame.
each pressed itself to the glass
and said i am you.
and you believed it.
every single time.

you became every fish that passed.
you forgot the most sacred thing
a human can know:
that you are not the fish.
you were never the anger.
you were the one who noticed it.
that is you.
not the emotion,
not the thought,
not the story your mind tells
at three in the morning.
you are the observer.

they will come again, my friend.
they will say i am you, i am you, i am you.
let them come.
for you are the consciousness
in the middle of it all, watching.
there before the first emotion arrived,
there after the last one passes.
remember this,
not as a concept
but as a knowing so deep
it lives in the bones.
you will stop drowning
in waters that were always yours.
the pain was never the problem.
the forgetting was.

you are not your fear. you are the silence in which it echoes and fades.
you are the observer.
you always have been.
