We’ll evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution—this may include a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on availability.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in original, unworn, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
