Due to the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our collections, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each piece is produced in small, carefully curated quantities—once sold out, it cannot be restocked. For this reason, all sales are final.
Damages & Issues
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at concierge@mirrorsbyviulet.com, including photos of the item and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution—this may include a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on availability.
Exceptions – European Union Customers
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in original, unworn, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
